Prepare for the test in front of you.

PAT Ready is a six-week strength and conditioning program for law-enforcement officers preparing for a physical ability test. Build the lower-body power, upper-body strength, grip, agility, and conditioning commonly required across PAT events.

Because test events and standards vary, use PAT Ready alongside your agency’s official test information.

PAT READY

Prepare for the test your agency requires.

PAT Ready is designed for current law-enforcement officers preparing for an agency physical ability test. It develops the strength, power, grip, agility, muscular endurance, and conditioning commonly required across PATs.

Tests differ by agency. PAT Ready is a fixed program—not a department-specific or individualized plan—so confirm your test events, rules, and passing standards before beginning.

If you are preparing for the broader physical demands of a public-safety academy, Academy Ready is the better fit.
